Does any of this sound like your house?
Every one of these has a cause you can measure. Guessing at them is how people end up paying for the same repair twice.

The Standard
We find it on the first visit and fix it once.
We measure static pressure, airflow, refrigerant state, and combustion, as the system and the season call for it. Those numbers tell us what is actually wrong with the system before anybody starts replacing parts.
Diagnostic First
We measure airflow, static pressure, refrigerant state, and combustion before naming a fix.
Whole-Home Systems
Equipment, ducts, envelope, controls, and the people living in the house. We diagnose all of it, not just the part that quit.
Verified Installs
Manual J load calc, ACCA Standard 5 commissioning, written report before invoice.
Documented Results
We record every measurement and write down the reason for every recommendation. You get to see the work.
Standards we hold ourselves to
We work to published standards.
You don't have to take our word for any of it. We measure every job against the published standards and put the numbers in writing.
Manual J on every replacement
We size the equipment to the house itself, not to whatever unit happens to be sitting there now.
ACCA Standard 5 commissioning
Every installation verified against the published industry standard before we close the job.
Static pressure & airflow documented
Every service call gets the readings put in writing, so nobody has to guess at what the system is doing.
EPA-certified refrigerant handling
Refrigerant gets recovered, weighed, and logged. We don't vent it into the yard.
What we work on
Every job starts with a measurement.
What we hand you
This is what a measurement actually looks like.
Every evaluation ends in a written Home Comfort Report. It shows what we measured, what the reading should have been, and what to do about it in priority order. Here are three readings off one of them.
Total external static pressure
0.82″ wc
Target ≤ 0.50″ wc
HighDelivered airflow (3-ton system)
880 CFM
Target ≈ 1,200 CFM
LowTemperature split, return to supply
23°F
Target 18–20°F
HighReadings from a representative example home, not a customer job.
First we measure. Then we fix.
A technician without instruments isn’t diagnosing. They’re guessing.
Most companies replace parts and hope it holds. We show up with manometers, manifold gauges, and combustion analyzers, because the equipment is only half the job. The duct system around it is the other half.

Common questions
Questions homeowners ask before they call.
- Isn’t a paid diagnostic just a different sales pitch?
- The incentive runs the other way. We get paid for the diagnosis, not for whatever you buy afterward, and the findings are yours in writing either way. If nothing is worth fixing yet, that's what they'll say.
- Will you push a replacement before fixing it?
- No. If the equipment has years left in it, a documented repair is usually the right call and we'll tell you so. When replacement really is the better move, we run a Manual J load calculation and show you those numbers before you decide anything.
- Why won’t anyone give me a repair price over the phone?
- The price depends on what's actually wrong, and we can't find that over the phone. A dozen different failures all show up as warm air coming out of the vents. Any repair price quoted before somebody looks at the system is either a guess or a teaser rate that changes once we're in your driveway. What we can tell you now is the price of finding out: the service call is $99 within 25 road miles of Soddy Daisy, we diagnose with instruments, and you get a written price to fix before any repair starts.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- TN CMC-C Contractor License #86044, Chattanooga Master Mechanical License #LMM-1295, bonded, insured, EPA Section 608 certified, and NATE certified. Veteran-owned.
- Do you finance new systems?
- Yes, on jobs over $500. We don't lead with financing, but it's there if replacement is the right move and you'd rather spread the payment out.

Start with a measurement
Comfort.Done Right.
A 1 to 2 hour evaluation gives you a documented picture of how your air conditioning system actually performs, and what it will take to fix it.
And once it’s fixed, the Comfort Club keeps it that way, measured visit after visit.
